Images are stored securely in AWS S3 and remain in your account until you delete them manually. You can manage your images through your account settings or request their deletion by contacting us.

You may not upload images that:

• Contain explicit, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contain malware or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your original images, the processed results and our unique transformations are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use the processed results for personal or commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users. Significant changes will be communicated via site notification or email.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you for the service in the last six months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
